The Global Fellows in Courage (GFiC) Accelerator Program for 2025 is now accepting applications. This fully-funded, six-month accelerator, conducted entirely via Zoom, is tailored for social entrepreneurs aged 25-35 who are actively engaged in human rights advocacy and gender justice initiatives. The fellowship is designed to support emerging leaders in driving bold, transformative social change, boosting their organizational capabilities, and advancing their missions on a global scale.
The program is academically partnered with the Center for Human Rights & Humanitarian Studies (CHRHS) at Brown University. CHRHS plays a pivotal role by developing an extensive curriculum focused on leadership, organizational growth, and contemporary human rights challenges. Renowned Brown University faculty lead interactive sessions, sharing their expertise and insights with the fellows.

- Certification: Earn a certificate of completion jointly issued by GFiC and the Brown University Center for Human Rights and Humanitarian Studies.
Eligibility Requirements
This accelerator program is ideal for emerging leaders with demonstrated leadership potential in the realm of human rights and social entrepreneurship. Applicants are expected to have a proven track record in advocating for human rights, either through activism, community organizing, or entrepreneurial endeavors. Fluency in English is essential.
Further eligibility details include:
- Applicants must be between 25 and 35 years old, though exceptions may be made.
- A minimum of three years of professional experience in human rights advocacy, activism, community organizing, or social entrepreneurship is required.
- Candidates must have demonstrated engagement in gender justice or related fields.
- Proficiency in English is mandatory.
