Applications are now open for the 2025 Spectrum Scholars Program. This initiative offers students the opportunity to gain both financial assistance and professional growth within a Fortune 100 company. Beyond the scholarship, participants become part of a network of peers and receive guidance from dedicated mentors, fostering both personal and career development.
Program Benefits
- Scholarship: Selected students will receive a total of $20,000, with $10,000 awarded at the beginning of both their junior and senior years.
- Internship: A guaranteed 10-week paid summer internship.
- Professional Development: Access to structured career-readiness training and insights into the telecommunications industry.
- Mentorship: Personalized guidance from Spectrum employee mentors throughout the program.
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must meet the following requirements:
- Be an incoming junior, expected to graduate between May and August 2027.
- Demonstrate financial need.
- Have a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0.
- Be eligible to work in the U.S. without employer sponsorship.
- Be open to summer internship opportunities with Spectrum.
- Reside within 50 miles of a Charter corporate office in Stamford, CT, Charlotte, NC, St. Louis, MO, Denver, CO, or Austin, TX.
- Fully participate in all program-related activities.
Application Requirements
Applicants must submit the following documents:
- 2025–2026 FAFSA form
- 2025–2026 Financial Aid Award Letter
- Academic transcript
