Google is accepting applications for the Research Scientist Internship 2025. This internship provides an opportunity for students to collaborate with Google’s researchers and engineers in developing groundbreaking technologies. Participants will work on internal projects and research initiatives in partnership with academic institutions.
Interns will be involved in designing experiments, creating prototypes, and developing advanced technological solutions. Research areas include artificial intelligence, machine learning, data mining, natural language processing, privacy, networking, storage, and operating systems. Additionally, interns are encouraged to publish their research findings in academic journals.
Google’s research teams are continuously improving search algorithms, expanding cloud-based solutions, and optimizing data management, providing interns with valuable industry experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct research and contribute to innovative solutions.
- Develop software applications that enhance Google’s technology offerings.
- Work on projects involving artificial intelligence, data compression, machine learning, natural language processing, and search algorithms.
Eligibility Criteria
- Must be currently enrolled in a Master’s or PhD program in Computer Science, Linguistics, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, or a related technical discipline.
- Experience in at least one Computer Science domain, such as Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Large Language Models, Computer Vision, or Algorithmic Optimization.
- Proficiency in one or more programming languages: C/C++, Java, or Python.
