Who Can Apply?

To be eligible for a travel grant, applicants must meet the following criteria:

  • Be enrolled full-time at a recognized university in one of the eligible countries/regions.
  • Require financial assistance for conference travel.
  • Have a research paper accepted for full publication at a top-tier Computer Science conference. Google prioritizes conferences within its key research areas. Workshop papers are not considered.
  • Have their paper selected for an oral or poster presentation in the main conference (oral presentations preferred).
  • Be the lead author of the accepted paper.
  • Maintain full-time student status while receiving the scholarship.
  • Not be receiving industry-sponsored travel funding from other sources.
