Pernod Ricard is offering a fully-funded scholarship for young leaders to attend the One Young World Summit 2025 in Munich, Germany, from November 3–6, 2025. This initiative will bring together 10 outstanding individuals dedicated to fostering responsible social interactions and addressing the negative effects of harmful drinking within their communities.
Selected scholars will not only attend the summit as part of Pernod Ricard’s delegation, but they will also receive mentorship and guidance to further develop their initiatives. Additionally, they will take part in post-summit discussions to explore the future of social interactions and responsible drinking practices.
Scholarship Benefits:
- Fully-funded participation in the One Young World Summit 2025

Who Can Apply?
Pernod Ricard is looking for young changemakers who align with its mission of promoting safe and inclusive social environments while combatting harmful drinking. Ideal candidates may be involved in:
- Alcohol awareness and prevention programs
- Community-based initiatives that encourage responsible social gatherings
- Projects addressing the impact of excessive alcohol consumption
- Hospitality industry professionals (bartenders, bar managers, restaurant owners, etc.) engaged in responsible drinking awareness
- Research on social behaviors, drinking culture, and youth trends
Additional Requirements:
- Applicants must be of legal drinking age in their country of residence
- Must commit to post-summit discussions with fellow scholars
- Willing to participate in pre-summit meetings and mentoring sessions
Post-Summit Participation:
After the event, scholars will engage in collective brainstorming sessions with experts to discuss:
- Strengthening social connections while preventing isolation
- The hospitality industry’s role in fostering safe and responsible drinking spaces
- The cultural significance of social gatherings and how to ensure they are inclusive and safe
- Developing effective prevention strategies for responsible drinking
- The influence of Gen Z on redefining drinking culture and nightlife
Selected scholars will collaborate with industry leaders, participate in mentoring programs, and gain insights to enhance their initiatives.
